Brooke's Lady Bird

Lady Bird is a 16 year old mare and was the start of Mary Mack Farms.  It is her color that we strive to reproduce.  She is the dam to our stud, Brooke's Gold Masterpiece.  She has been a great champagne color producer.  Since we got her, we have bred Birdie to champagne studs six times and have gotten a champagne foal each time.  She has a gentle disposition, loves attention, and is very easy to work with.  She is not broke to ride, but easily loads into trailers, stands tied/cross tied, and is not difficult when having her feet trimmed.  She does have a natural TWH gait.  Because we are interested in breeding to our own stud (and will not breed Birdie to him, thus must breed outside our program), we are interested in selling Birdie.  Lady Bird is an easy keeper and needs daily thyroid medication.  We hope to find a good home, who would be understanding of her needs.  Birdie just delivered her most recent foal, a gold champagne horse colt by Jubilee's Kentucky Pride, a gold champagne stallion by Joker's Yellow Man.  The colt has already been sold.
